The Neighborhood Services Division is located on the second floor of City Hall at 118 W. Central Ave.

Office Hours: 

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

• Building and Trades Contractor Licensing Issuance
• Building and Trades Permit Application Issuance
• Building Inspections
• Code and Property Maintenance Enforcement
• Land Use Review
• Neighborhood Revitalization Program

The City of Arkansas City, Kansas, will soon adopt the 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC) and the 2024 International Code Council (ICC) family of codes.
