Neighborhood Revitalization Plan

The Neighborhood Revitalization Plan is a tax rebate program designed to revitalize the city. Currently, if you enroll in this program and make improvements to your home you will be eligible for up to a 90% tax rebate for 10 years of the improved value (Increase in valuation only). Commercial properties are also eligible for the program at 75% for 7 years. See the plan link below for more information.
