Special Purpose Vehicles

The City of Arkansas City has allowed for the usage of certain UTV/Golf carts or special usage vehicles within the city limits.  To register your UTV/Golf cart, you can come to the Police department and request a Special Purpose vehicle registration form or download the form from the below listed link and return it to the Police Department.
