EMS personnel evaluated Fischer at the scene, but he declined further treatment.

During the investigation, officers suspected Fischer may have been under the influence of alcohol. A DUI investigation was initiated, including Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. Following the investigation, Fischer was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and consumption of alcohol by a minor

Fischer was transported to the Cowley County Jail, where he was booked. He has since posted bond, which was set at $1,300.
